At Velobike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your cycling gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back on the road with the right equipment as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Velobike account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into a shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the exterior.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
